Terms & Conditions — WatchIt 2.0

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Sponsor", "Creator", "Partner", or "You") and The BGroups ("WatchIt", "WatchIt 2.0", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the WatchIt 2.0 Android application (com.watchit.android), the official website at watchitmediagroup.com, the Sponsor Business Portal at business.watchitmediagroups.com, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Sponsor Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and uninstall the mobile application.

To access and use WatchIt 2.0, you must strictly satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• Age & Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years of age, or an individual aged 13 to 17 possessing valid, verifiable legal guardian consent, and fully competent to enter into binding legal agreements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Strict 1 Device = 1 Account Rule: Each user is permitted to create, register, and operate exactly ONE (1) personal account linked to a single physical mobile device. Creating multiple accounts, operating secondary profiles, or using app cloners, parallel spaces, or multi-user frameworks on the same physical device is strictly prohibited.
• Device Replacement & Account Migration: If you purchase a new mobile device, logging into your verified account on the new hardware will automatically invalidate and log out all active sessions on previous hardware to protect account integrity.
• Accurate KYC Information: All onboarding credentials (name, mobile number, email, and payout addresses) must be accurate, authentic, and verifiable.

WatchIt 2.0 is a legitimate, performance-based promotional discovery platform and two-sided engagement marketplace. Businesses and YouTube content creators sponsor campaigns to enhance organic search discovery, SEO ranking, and genuine human watch duration. Users voluntarily perform discoverability tasks on YouTube (searching specified keywords, watching videos for required durations, and noting verification codes) to earn direct real money rewards.

Unlike platforms that use arbitrary or confusing virtual coins and point systems, WatchIt 2.0 operates entirely on a direct Real Money to Money model. All earnings, balances, and payouts represent real monetary value (e.g. INR / USD fiat equivalent) with 100% transparency and zero artificial point conversion multipliers.

Users who accumulate the required minimum balance in their User Reward Wallet can submit payout requests through any of the following supported redemption channels:

• 1. Direct Money Transfer (Bank / UPI / FINZO Wallet): Disbursed directly to your verified Indian Bank Account via IMPS/NEFT, UPI Virtual Payment Address (VPA), or your linked FINZO Wallet account.
• 2. Crypto Wallet Transfer: Disbursed directly to your verified digital cryptocurrency wallet address (e.g., USDT TRC-20 or BEP-20 network).
• 3. Mobile SIM Recharge Request: Instant prepaid mobile recharge and airtime/data top-ups processed directly for major telecom operators (Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL, etc.).

Sponsors and business partners access campaign management via the dedicated web portal at business.watchitmediagroups.com.

• Direct Bank Deposit & Screenshot Verification: To eliminate third-party gateway overheads, sponsors top up their Campaign Wallet by initiating a direct bank/wire transfer to our designated corporate accounts and uploading a verifiable transaction screenshot along with the Unique Transaction Reference (UTR).
• Manual Reconciliation & Activation: Our finance team manually reconciles bank statements and approves the deposit, instantly crediting the sponsor's balance to launch YouTube tasks.
• Pay-Per-Verified-Engagement Guarantee: Sponsors are charged strictly when a human user successfully completes the task and passes automated verification. Bot traffic, drops, or unverified attempts are never billed.

WatchIt 2.0 maintains a zero-tolerance stance against any attempts to manipulate or falsify promotional engagement. Every task execution is audited via our automated AI verification engine:

• Keyword & Code Matching: Verification checks whether the user performed a genuine YouTube keyword search and correctly identified the unique dynamic verification code displayed in the video.
• Prohibited Activities: Use of bots, macros, script automation, auto-clickers, Android emulators (e.g. BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox), VPNs, proxies, GPS spoofers, modified APKs, or rooted devices is strictly prohibited.
• Doctored or Duplicate Proofs: Uploading recycled, stolen, edited, or fabricated screenshots will trigger an immediate permanent fraud flag.

Users may invite genuine friends and contacts to join WatchIt 2.0 using their unique referral link or code.

Referral commissions are calculated dynamically and credited strictly upon verified, authentic task completions by genuine referred users. Self-referrals, creating synthetic accounts to farm referral bonuses, or running deceptive advertisements promising guaranteed income will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.

All financial activities on WatchIt 2.0 adhere strictly to applicable Indian fiscal laws:

• Platform Facilitation: Nominal platform handling and network disbursement fees may apply dynamically to payouts and campaign distribution.
• GST (18%): Applicable Goods & Services Tax is charged on sponsor marketing budgets and platform services, accompanied by compliant tax invoices.
• Statutory TDS: Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under applicable provisions of the Indian Income Tax Act (e.g., Section 194R / 194BA) is deducted where user annual earnings exceed statutory thresholds and remitted against the user's PAN.

YouTube™ is a trademark of Google LLC. WatchIt 2.0 is an independent promotional and discovery engagement platform developed and operated by The BGroups.

WatchIt 2.0 is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC or YouTube. All registered trademarks, brand names, and logos belong exclusively to their respective owners.

Accounts with zero logins or task activity for more than 180 consecutive calendar days may be flagged as dormant. Users may voluntarily delete their account at any time via Settings > Profile > Delete Account or by contacting support.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, The BGroups, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the lesser of ₹5,000 (INR Five Thousand) or the verified unredeemed legitimate balance in your User Reward Wallet.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of law in India.
